President’s Leadership Team

The President’s Leadership Team provides strategic direction and institutional oversight, ensuring alignment with the mission, academic priorities, operational excellence, and long-term growth of the institution.

Leading Excellence in Higher Education

Our executive leadership team advances the vision, integrity, and long-term impact of Bahari School of Ministry. Through strategic leadership and collaborative governance, these roles shape an innovative model of online higher education that prepares learners to lead with purpose, cultural understanding, and excellence in a rapidly changing world.

Executive Vice President and Provost

Serves as the senior academic officer overseeing all academic programs, faculty affairs, accreditation, curriculum standards, assessment, and academic policy. Directs academic innovation, research integration, and instructional quality across all departments.

Doctoral degree required. Minimum ten years of progressive academic leadership with experience in curriculum development, accreditation, online learning, and faculty supervision.

Chief of Staff to the President

Manages operations of the Office of the President and ensures alignment of priorities across executive divisions. Oversees institutional planning, executive communication, problem solving, and implementation of major initiatives.

Master's degree required. Experience in higher education administration, executive operations, project management, or institutional strategy.

Special Adviser to the President for Strategic Initiatives

Provides specialized counsel on strategic planning, policy development, academic growth, and partnership expansion. Leads high level research, institutional analyses, and special projects.

Master's degree required, doctorate preferred. Background in policy analysis, research, strategic planning, program development, or executive advising.

Vice President for Institutional Research, Analytics and Planning

Directs institutional research, analytics, data governance, assessment, accreditation reporting, and strategic planning. Ensures evidence based decision making and regulatory compliance.

Master's degree required, doctorate preferred. At least seven years of experience in institutional research, analytics, accreditation, or higher education planning.

Vice President for People and Culture

Oversees human resources, talent development, employee relations, training, workplace culture, and compliance. Guides recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development.

Master's degree required. Experience in HR leadership, organizational culture, employee development, and compliance within higher education or nonprofit sectors.

Vice President for Student Well Being and Success

Leads student support services including advising, counseling, accessibility services, wellness programs, student engagement, and retention strategies. Ensures holistic support for online learners.

Master's degree required. Experience in student affairs, online student support, advising, wellness programming, and retention systems.

Vice President for University Partnerships, Advancement and Resource Development

Oversees external partnerships, fundraising, donor relations, advancement campaigns, grant development, and institutional visibility. Expands collaborative relationships with organizations, institutions, and community partners.

Master's degree required. Experience in advancement, fundraising, partnership development, grant writing, or nonprofit resource development.

Vice President for Enrollment and Student Success

Leads admissions, recruitment, advising, retention, financial aid coordination, and enrollment compliance reporting. Develops strategies to support student progression and success in an online environment.

Master's degree required. Experience in enrollment management, online student services, advising systems, and regulatory reporting.

Chief Technology Officer

Oversees technology strategy, system security, LMS integration with Populi, IT infrastructure, digital learning tools, data privacy controls, and help desk operations. Ensures reliable and secure systems that support academic and administrative functions.

Master's degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong background in IT management, cybersecurity, online learning systems, and enterprise technology operations.

Chief Financial Officer

Provides financial leadership including budgeting, accounting, planning, auditing, grant oversight, and compliance with higher education and nonprofit fiscal standards. Ensures transparent reporting and responsible stewardship of institutional resources.

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Significant experience in nonprofit or higher education finance, budgeting, compliance, and fiscal oversight.
