Undergraduate Admissions Criteria
High School Completion
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
Standardized Test Scores
Submitting SAT or ACT scores is optional and may help demonstrate academic readiness.
Personal Statement
Applicants submit a personal statement describing their goals, experiences, and reasons for choosing the Bahari School of Ministry.
Optional Interview
Some applicants may be invited to an interview to discuss their interests and fit with the school's mission.
Equivalency Pathway
Applicants who do not hold a high school diploma or equivalent may qualify for the “Equivalency Pathway Program,” a developmental refresher course that prepares students for undergraduate study.
Graduate Admissions Criteria
Completed Bachelor's Degree
A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
Transcripts
Applicants submit official transcripts from all institutions previously attended.
Resume or CV
Applicants provide a resume or CV outlining their education, ministry involvement, work experience, and accomplishments.
Combined Bachelor's and Master's Option
Exceptional undergraduate students may be considered for a combined bachelor’s and master’s pathway based on academic strength and demonstrated commitment to advanced study.
Admission Process
Online Application
Applicants complete the online application and provide required background information.
Document Submission
Applicants submit transcripts, recommendations, and any program-specific materials.
Application Review
The admissions committee reviews each application holistically, considering academic history, experience, and readiness.
Interview if Required

Admissions Decision
Applicants receive an admissions decision once all materials have been reviewed.
Enrollment and Orientation
Accepted students complete enrollment steps, submit outstanding documents, and participate in orientation.
Rolling Enrollment
Bahari School of Ministry follows a rolling enrollment model with multiple start dates throughout the year. Courses begin every four weeks during the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms, offering flexibility for students with varied schedules.
