Qualifications and Experience:
Doctoral degree required. Minimum ten years of progressive academic leadership with experience in curriculum development, accreditation, online learning, and faculty supervision.
Chief of Staff to the President
Job Description:
Manages operations of the Office of the President and ensures alignment of priorities across executive divisions. Oversees institutional planning, executive communication, problem solving, and implementation of major initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree required. Experience in higher education administration, executive operations, project management, or institutional strategy.

Vice President for Institutional Research, Analytics and Planning
Job Description:
Directs institutional research, analytics, data governance, assessment, accreditation reporting, and strategic planning. Ensures evidence based decision making and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree required, doctorate preferred. At least seven years of experience in institutional research, analytics, accreditation, or higher education planning.
Vice President for People and Culture
Job Description:
Oversees human resources, talent development, employee relations, training, workplace culture, and compliance. Guides recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development.

Vice President for University Partnerships, Advancement and Resource Development

Chief Financial Officer

Provides financial leadership including budgeting, accounting, planning, auditing, grant oversight, and compliance with higher education and nonprofit fiscal standards. Ensures transparent reporting and responsible stewardship of institutional resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Significant experience in nonprofit or higher education finance, budgeting, compliance, and fiscal oversight.
